Steve
Bedrosian –
both
incumbents
who begin
new terms of
office in
January –
are also
taking the
oath of
office
before the
Board of
Education
meets in
January for
the first
time.
Whether
newly-elected
or returning
for a new
term, all
Board
members must
swear an
oath of
office
before
assuming
their duties
on the Board
of
Education.
Mullins
actually
served on
the Board
before in an
at-large
position,
before
retiring six
years ago
from the
post. He
returns to
represent
the Third
Board of
Education
district.
The Board of
Education
meets for
the first
time in 2007
on Tuesday,
January 9,
at 6:30
p.m., at the
237 Jackson
Street Board
of Education
office in
Newnan.
