After-School Programs offered at Coweta Elementary Schools

All Coweta County Schools offer an After School Program (ASP) from 2:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. each school day.  The program can be reserved through weekly tuition payments, and provides homework time, outdoor activities, arts and crafts, and a snack at the child’s elementary school.  Parents must arrange for transportation from the ASP each evening.

Enrollment is limited, so parents should call or visit their child’s elementary school to check availability and enroll their child.  There is a one-time, non-refundable registration fee of $20.00 which must be received with the enrollment form. All outstanding balances must be paid in full before students can register for a new year’s After-School Program.

The parent or guardian registering a child in the ASP will be responsible for all payments. Tuition is $12.00 per day. Tuition payments made by Friday prior to the week of attendance are $9.00 per day reserved.

The After-School Program is a self-supporting program, and reserves the right to increase tuition should expenses exceed income.

Arrangements for the After School program at each school must be handled with the site coordinator at the school. Additional information may be obtained from Vickie Bray at 770-252-3016, or by writing to vickie.bray@cowetaschools.org.
