Goal-Setting Model

 

 

The Coweta County School System Board of Education establishes goals for the district during working sessions.  These goals arise from the Vision, Mission, and Beliefs.  The goals provide the operational framework for the district administration.  Once the goals are established by the Board, the district administration writes objectives that are used to achieve each goal.  Information and data obtained from the objectives are presented to the Board Members and used to assess the goals for the next year.
